This pre-conference workshop will involve participants in the playing of four lean games that can be shared with students of construction science and management. In addition to a fun-filled afternoon of game playing, participants will be debriefed with data from actual case study projects, so they understand how the game principles can be applied to reduce waste, enhance value, and improve efficiencies on construction projects. This workshop is appropriate for the novice and experienced lean academic alike.
We will be playing four games:

This pre-conference workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Zofia Rybkowski. The lean construction workshop is game intensive. In order for the workshop to be meaningful to participants, the required number of participants is 9. Therefore if less than 9 participants sign up, we regret that we would have to cancel the workshop. For more information, please e-mail Dr. Zofia Rybkowski (zrybkowski@tamu.edu) with the Subject Heading "ASC CONFERENCE: Inquiry about Lean Construction Game Day".
