College Station is located in the middle of the Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston triangle. A network of well-maintained highways, as well as a nearby regional airport serviced by major international airlines, facilitate an easy access to College Station. There are multiple ways to travel to College Station.
The Easterwood Airport (CLL) is located right next to the Texas A&M University campus. You can fly in to this airport via American Airlines or United Airlines. Taxi service to the local hotels is available at the airport.
You can fly in to the George Bush International Airport (IAH) or William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) in Houston, and get a Rent-A-Car to travel to College Station. Major Rent-A-Car services are available at the airports. It will take about 2 hours to travel from the airport to College Station.
You can also fly in to the Austin–Bergstrom International Airport and get a Rent-A-Car to travel to College Station. It will take about 2 hours 30 minutes to travel from the airport to College Station.
A ground shuttle service from the Houston Airports (both IAH and HOU) to College Station is also available. The shuttle will take you to the hotel.
The designated hotel for the ASC International Conference 2015 is Hilton Hotel in College Station. A block of rooms has been reserved through 3/31. The lodging rate is $129+Tax for double occupancy. Reservations must be made by March 31, 2015 to secure a room at the conference rate. Reservation requests received after 5:00pm local time on March 31, 2015 will be accepted on a guestroom and rate availability basis.
