ASC Student Grants
The purpose of the ASC Annual International Conference Grants is to help increase the number and quality of CM faculty members. These grants are directed to master’s and Ph.D. students of ASC Member Institutions (i.e. the academic division on campus that is an ASC member) who are interested in construction research and are potential CM faculty members. The grants are to provide assistance for travel and/or conference registration to encourage participation by these students in the ASC Annual International Conference by presenting their research through either an academic presentation (in the case of an accepted paper in the conference proceedings) or in the poster session. Attendance at the conference will encourage these students to interact with faculty members of ASC members and develop relationships, goals and plans toward eventual faculty status.
